Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market is Open 9am-1pm!

The Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market opened with a big crowd on May 25 and will be open every Saturday from now through the end of October!

The covered barn at the Roeliff Jansen Park (9140 Route 22, across from the Roe Jan Community Library) once again serves as the setting.  Ample parking, umbrella tables, a dog run, walking trails, weekly live music, and gorgeous views combine to create an experience that goes beyond shopping.

At the heart of this, of course, are the vendors. In addition to welcoming back all of last year’s vendors, the market brings on board three new faces:  Borough Mushroom Farm, The Roly Poly baked goods, and Mei’s Traditional Chinese Dumplings.  You can learn more about all of the 2019 vendors here:  http://www.copakehillsdalefarmersmarket.com/2019-vendor-lineup/

In addition, after a hiatus, the Roeliff Jansen Community Library is back for the season with their popular Farm Market Kids program!  Every Saturday from 10am to 12 noon, children and families can hear themed stories, sing songs, and participate in crafts and activities.

To hear more about the music lineup, artisan craft days, children’s activities, special guests, family activities and more, consider signing up for the weekly newsletter — to sign up, use the form on the website,  www.copakehillsdalefarmersmarket.com, or the Newsletter tab on the Facebook page,  www.fb.com/copakehillsdalefarmersmarket
