PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Copake shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2017 beginning at 6:30pm at the Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY, 12516 for Proposed Local Law # 2 of 2017 entitled “Solar Energy Facilities”.
The proposed local law would regulate the development or installation of commercial solar energy facilities in the Town of Copake.
Copies of the proposed local law are available in the Town Clerk’s Office and the Town’s Website.
