TAKE NOTICE, that I Lawrence O. Proper, the undersign Collector of Taxes of the Town of Copake, County of Columbia and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Copake for the Year 2014, and that I will attend at 230 Mountain View Road in the Town of Copake on regular business hours Monday thru Thursday 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Friday and Saturday 9:00AM to 12:00PM for receiving the taxes listed on the said roll.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2014 without charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest 1% per month until such taxes are paid or until returned of unpaid taxes to the CountyTreasurer pursuant to law.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Copake will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Columbia on the 1st day of June 2014.
