Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law:

1. Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen at the Town Clerks Office until May 23, 2017.
2. Notice is hereby given that an Assessor or the Assessor’s Clerk will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake at the Copake Town Hall on the following four days: Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2017 from 4:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Copake will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at Copake Town Hall during the hours of 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017.
