Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law:

1. Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen at the Town Clerks Office until May 24, 2016.
2. Notice is hereby given that an Assessor or the Assessor’s Clerk will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake at the Copake Town Hall on the following four days: Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 4:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Copake will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at Copake Town Hall during the hours of 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016.
