ASSESSMENT ROLL AND GRIEVANCE INFORMATION

Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law:
Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen at the Town Clerks Office until May 26, 2015.
Notice is hereby given that an Assessor or the Assessor’s Clerk will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Copake at the Copake Town Hall on the following four days: Thursday, May 7, 2015 and Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 4:00p.m.-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Copake will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at Copake Town Hall during the hours of 4:00p.m.-8:00p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015.
