The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, is holding a special workshop meeting on an application by GRJH, Inc., for a Site Plan Review for a proposed Convenience Store and Gas Station at State Route 23 and Craryville Road in the Town of Copake. The site under review is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of State Route 23 and Craryville Road and is identified as tax parcel 144.4-1-5.
Said parcel is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: Brian & Elinor Bannon, Craryville United Methodist Church, Methodist Parsonage, Thomas Martin McCormick, EB5 LLC, John F. Daprile, Charles & Nancy Benansky and Diedrich Bottjer.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to review submitted materials and discuss the project. The meeting will be open to the public, but it is not a public hearing and no public comment or input will be taken at this special workshop meeting. The public hearing for the application will resume at the next regular meeting of the Planning Board.
This special workshop meeting will be held on Saturday, the 13th day of April 2019 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 10:30 a.m.
