The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing on the application of the Berkshire Mountain Club at Catamount Ski Area for subdivision and major site plan approval for a one
hundred and fifty-three (153) unit Resort Hotel at the Catamount Ski Area in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following:
Silver Eagle Ranch LLC, Robert F. Bacigalupi, Edmond L. Herrington, Thomas Breen, Gert Alper, Laurel Hoffman, Susan Sarlin, Rosalind Lipstein, Paul Falkowski, Muriel Holland, Christine Parmalee and the State
of New York Said hearing will be held on the 3rd day of April 2014 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road. The regular Planning Board meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. with the Public Hearing starting at 7:30 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
