NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing on the application of Monolith Solar for a Solar Farm on Two Town Road and the intersection of Route 23 in the Town of Copake.

Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following: Kimberly Ann Vossler, David & Colleen Perdue, Benjamin Adams, David Darling and Rasweiler Angus Farm, LLC.

Said hearing will be held on the 5th day of November 2015 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road at 7:00 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
