A Public Hearing on an Anti-littering local law will be held on Thursday, September 10, at 6:45 pm at Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY.

This proposed local law would prohibit throwing or depositing on the ground of flyers, brochures, papers, and similar items and provide that such items must be placed in receptacles or be secured or affixed in place.
