PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Copake shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2014 beginning at 6:45 pm at the Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY, 12516 for Proposed Local Law # 6 of 2014 entitled A Local Law amending the Zoning Code of the Town of Copake, entitled: “Prohibition of Natural Gas Mining and Associated Uses and Activities.”
Copies of the proposed local law are available in the Town Clerk’s Office and the Town’s Website.
