PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 6:45 p.m., at the Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY, 12516 for purposes of receiving public comment on a proposed Local Law to opt out of allowing on-site consumption sites as authorized under N.Y. Cannabis Law Article 4, at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.  A complete copy of such local law is available by contacting the Town of Copake Town Clerk’s Office.

Interested persons can also attend remotely via Google Meet video-conference. The Google Meet link will be posted on the Town of Copake Website at townofcopake.org.
