LEGAL NOTICE
ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE COPAKE FIRE DISTRICT
On December 12, 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Copake Fire District will take place on December 12, 2023 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Copake Fire House located at 390 County Route 7A (Center Hill Road), Copake, New York 12516 for the following:

The annual election, for one position, of the Board of Fire Commissioners for the Copake Fire Department, with a term starting January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2028.  They must reside in the Copake Fire District.

All Copake Fire District voters registered with the Columbia County Board of Elections on or before November 20, 2013 shall be eligible to vote.

Any candidates for District Office shall have filed their names and the position they are seeking with the Secretary of the Copake Fire District, at the fire house at 390 County Route 7A (Center Hill Road), Copake, New York no later than twenty days before the election, November 22, 2023.
