Public Hearings

1) 2022-4 Bennett, 35 Anthony Street, Tax Map #103200 145.4-1-22 Relief from 232 right and rear setbacks; addition of barn/garage.

2) 2022-5 Gloor/Dunkin, 18 Mansion Drive, Tax Map #103200 176.3-1 Relief from 232 Table 1, front yard setback; construction of a new 13’6”x10’6” mudroom.

3) 2022-6 Benudis, Lot #391 Taconic Shores, Tax Map #176.01-2-58 Relief from 232 Table 1, front and side yard setback and 232-11D2, within 100ft of water; construction of a 20’x20’ storage/garage structure.

Said hearing will be on Thursday, April 28, 2022.
