Please Take Notice that the Town of Copake Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Town Law, will hold a Public Hearing, on the following matters:

1) 2021-32 Fourneir, 13 Rte 344, Tax Map 176.2-2-2.1
Relief from 232; rear setback required for a 40’x 60’ garage behind house.

Said hearing will be on Thursday, December 16, 2021.
