1) 2022-16 Galdston/Tarshis,1512Lakeview Rd, Tax Map #176.1-4-19 Relief from 232-1, right side and front yard variance; 10’x18’ single floor entry addition.

2 ) 2022-17 Borum,59 Island Drive, Tax Map #176.1-6-24 Relief from 232-3 build within 100ft of water;demo existing porch and extend it by an 8’x8’ square and install a hot tub.

3 ) 2022-18 Pluta,104 Lincoln Rd, Tax Map #176.3-4-43 Relief from 232-1;right, left and rear yard variance needed for ground mount solar system.

Said hearing will be on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022.
