The Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York, seeks proposals from a qualified Planning Consultant to develop a Design and Development Plan for the Hamlet of Copake.

The Town adopted a Comprehensive Plan in September, 2012. For the purposes of implementing part of that plan, a task force has been set up to address the revitalization of the hamlet.
