NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given of the presentation to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Hillsdale-Copake Fire District of a proposed Resolution which would authorize real property tax exemptions for volunteer firefighters and emergency medical personnel in accordance with the provisions of Section 466-a of the Rea1 Property Tax Law of the State of New York.

A copy of said proposed Resolution is on file at the office of the Fire District Secretary, as well as with the offices of the Town Clerks for Hillsdale and Copake, where it may be inspected by any interested persons during normal office hours.

THEREFORE, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Hillsdale-Copake Fire District will hold a Public Hearing on said proposed Resolution the 17″‘ of October, 2024 at 6:00 p.in. at the Hillsdale Firehouse, 9387 State Route 22, in the Town of Hillsdale, Columbia County, New York, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
