Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will be holding a Public Hearing on proposed Local Law #1 of 2021 entitled “A Local Law Amending Section 232-10 of the Copake Zoning Code, Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone (SCOZ).” The purpose of the proposed local law is to clarify the applicability of certain regulations governing land use and development within the Town’s Scenic Corridor Overlay Zone (SCOZ). The Public Hearing will be held at 8:45am on Saturday, August 14, 2021 followed by the regular Town Board Meeting.

The Public Hearing followed by the regular Town Board Meeting will be held at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Rd, Copake, NY. Copies of the proposed local law are available in the Town Clerk’s Office and the Town’s Website.
