Notice of Public Hearing
The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to SubdivisionRegulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application for a Minor Subdivision of the property of Daniel Dougherty and Isabel Piazza located at 104 Island Drive, Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: Rachel B & Ethan Grey, Michael J & Kim L. Laforge, David N Osterhoudt, Michael & Tammie L Lilley, Florinela & Mircea Muresan, Melanie & Stephen Montefolio, Thomas Lorenzo Jr, Carol Ann Porpora, Kenneth Michael Lorenzo & Sharon Theresa Ewald, Raymond & Debra Hubbs, Mark Levinson & Melissa Brown.
Said hearing will be held on the 6th day of June, 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 6:30 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
