Notice of Public Hearing
Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application for a Minor Subdivision of the property of Giovanna Battaglia and Paolo Volpati-Kedra located on 77 Cove Road in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: Douglas & Ellen McHale; John & Geraldine Keelyn; Daniel Miracola; Emily K. Weiss; Beata Obrycki/Jozef & Jania Kropiewnicki Trust; Stanislaw & Angelika Patrick Rzonca; Sonia Hanna Pilcer & Morton Charles Makler; Michael & Grace Sole.
Said hearing will be held on the 1st day of August, 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 6:30 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
