NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 6:15 p.m., at the Copake Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY, 12516 for purposes of receiving public comment on Introductory Local Law No. 10 of 2023, at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard. Introductory Local Law No. 10 of 2023 is a proposed Local Law to Regulate Short-Term Rentals in the Town of Copake. This local law would set zoning parameters throughout the Town of Copake for short-term rentals of residential units and require registration and operating permits for short-term rentals that exceed certain limitations.

A complete copy of such introductory local law is available by contacting the Town of Copake Town Clerk’s Office and is also available on the Town website at townofcopake.org.

Interested persons can also attend remotely via the OWL. The OWL link will be posted on the Town of Copake Website at townofcopake.org.
