2) 2021-20 Guzman, 309 Lakeshore Drive, Tax Map 176.03-03-29 Relief from 232 Table 1 Density Control; variances needed for addition, garage and accessory unit.
3) 2021-21 Scott, 28 Cove Road, Tax Map 165.14-01-19 Relief from 232 Table 1 Density Control; above ground pool with fencing around it.
4) 2021-22 Dekadt/Smith, 907 Center Hill Road, Tax Map 166.00-01-34 Relief from 232 Table 1 Density Control area variance required for front yard; addition added onto house.
5) 2021-23 Smith, 1010 Lakeview Road, Tax Map 176-1-2.40 Relief from 232-3 Stream buffer; building a new dock for recreational boating.
Said hearing will be on Thursday, August 26, 2021.
