Please Take Notice that the Town of Copake Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Town Law, will hold a
Public Hearing, on the following matters:

Public Hearings
1) 2022-15 Sharp, 32 County Rte 7A, Tax Map #187.1-2-10.100
Relief from 232-2 SUP and 232-1; front yard variance along with a stream buffer variance
needed. Special Use Permit for Tourist Houses.

2) 2022-25 Douglass, 250 Island Drive, Tax Map #165.06-01-55
Relief from 232 Table 1; right and left side setbacks and 232-21 site plan over 3,500 sq ft; new
addition which will connect current house and garage into one structure.
Said hearing will be on Thursday, January 26, 2023
