TOWN OF COPAKE 
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Daniel Dougherty and Isabel Piazza for an area variance seeking relief from 232-20C(2) for a Boundary Line Adjustment of a property line that would create a non-conforming lot at 104 Island Drive in Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcels 176.01-06-65 & 176.01-06-66. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 28th day of March 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
