TOWN OF COPAKE 
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Raymond Doty for an area variance seeking relief from 232 Table 1, Accessory in front yard closer than nearest point of principal structure and a lot line and rear-yard set-back at 754 Pumpkin Hollow Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 175.-1-31. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 28th day of March 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
