TOWN OF COPAKE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Kevin Anderson for an area variance seeking relief from Section 232-11G of the Town Code, for a Shed in the rear corner of the property closer than 10 ft. of the Property Line at 6 Washington Drive in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.15-01-42.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 27th day of June 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
