PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE 
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Susan Emerson at 83 Sky Farm Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 175.-1-19.200 who is  seeking relief from Section 232 Table 1 for a rear yard set-back variance for an in-ground pool.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of July 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM.

All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
