PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Todd Gundersen at 25 Catamount Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 157-1-9 who is seeking relief from Section 232 Table 1 for front, back and side yard set-back variances for the construction of a 2nd story deck and a small front porch.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of July 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM.

All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
