PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Sara Levine at 82 Southwest Colony Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.14-2-4 who is seeking relief from Section 232-11D2 of the Town Code, for development within 100 ft. of a waterbody and Table 1 for rear and side yard setback variances as well as a variance for 52.6 % lot coverage.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of July 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM.
All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
