PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF COPAKE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Juan Kreutz and Catrin Grote at 137 Golf Course Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.5-1-7 who are seeking relief from Section 232 Table 1 for a side yard set-back variance for a garage and small addition and relief from Section 232-11D(2) for Development within 100 ft. of a waterbody.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of July 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. 

All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
