PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Copake, New York, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Roe Jan Community Library at 9091 State Route 22 in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 157.-1-26.12 who is seeking relief from Section 232-14Q of the Town Code, for an additional sign larger than 10 square feet and a height variance of 2½ feet.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 26^th day of September 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
