PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Anne Hubbard at 425 Lakeview Road in the Town of Copake, Tax parcel 165.11-1-9 who is seeking relief from Section 232-2113 of the Town Code, for over 3,500 useable space and Section232 Table 1, 45’5 front set back Pine Street.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 24th day of October 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
