PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Richard Goodacre at 111 Farm Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.-1-82 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for right side variance.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 24th day of October 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
