PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Asia LaBrie & Natasha Larson at 25 Cherokee Drive in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.10-1-29 who is seeking relief from Section 232-11D2 of the Town Code, for Development within 100 Feet of water and relief from Section 232-Table 1, a side yard variance to move and relocate docks.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 21^st day of November 2024 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
