PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Olivia Gjurich at 127 Hillside Drive in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.7-1-16 who is seeking relief from LL.11-23 Section232-16.8F of the Town Code, for Support for Enhanced STR for more than 120 days.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 19^th day of December at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM.

All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
