PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Frances Grace at 739 Center Hill Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 166.-1-44.110 who is seeking relief from Section 232-11A of the Town Code, for left side yard variance for a High Fence in the front yard.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 23th day of January 2025, at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
