PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Buckley Farms, LLC at 1630 County Route 7A in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 187-1-2.111 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for Side Yard Variance for 15 feet and 232-21B Site Plan Modified. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 23th day of January 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
