PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by David Christian at 16 Pine Street in the Town of Copake (Craryville), tax parcel 165.7-2-165 who is seeking relief from Section 232-1:1 of the Town Code, for Variance required for front, right side & rear setbacks. Variance may be required for density control if there will be more than 2003 square feet of lot coverage. Right, left and rear yard variances.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 27^th day of February 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
