TOWN OF COPAKE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS                              

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Adam Klimczyk at 234 Birch Lane in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 155.19-1-1 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for left yard variance. 

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 27th day of March 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. 

All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
