Please Take Notice that the Town of Copake Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Town Law, will hold a
Public Hearing, on the following matters:

Public Hearings

a) Marsh – 9 Van Buren Drive [Copake] (2023-17) (165.15-01-59)
Relief from 232 Table 1; right and rear yard variance needed; demo existing home, construct
new home, deck with a screen porch.

b) Doty – 754 Pumpkin Hollow Road (South) [Copake] (2023-18) (175.1-31)
Relief from 232 Table 1, rear yard setback; construction of a 8’x16’ deck on the rear of the
house.

c) See – 513 Lake Shore Acres Road [Craryville] (2023-19) (155.18-1-35)
Relief from accessory building; two car garage with an attic for storage.
