PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Ron Axelrad at 21 Polk Drive in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.15-11-2 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for right and rear yard variances.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 22^nd day of May 2025, at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
