PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York, at a special meeting held on October 3, 2023, duly adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:

RESOLUTION NUMBER 30 OF OCTOBER 3, 2023,

TO AUTHORIZE THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FROM THE TOWN OF COPAKE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE CHURCH STREET PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM.

The Town Board of the Town of Copake, duly convened in special session, duly adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 6-c of the New York General Municipal Law authorizing the total expenditure of funds in amounts as may from time to time be approved by the Town Board, but not to exceed $350,550.00 without further resolution subject to permissive referendum, from the Town of Copake Capital Improvement Reserve Fund to pay the costs of construction of the Church Street Parking Lot Improvements.

Said Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum.
