TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York, at a regular meeting held on April 11, 2024, duly adopted, subject to  permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:

RESOLUTION NUMBER 14 OF APRIL 11, 2024, TO AUTHORIZE THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FROM THE TOWN OF COPAKE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND FOR PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYING COSTS RELATING TO THE COPAKE HAMLET STREETSCAPE AND PARKING LOTS PROJECT, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM.

The Town Board of the Town of Copake, duly convened in regular session, duly adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 6-c of the New York General Municipal Law authorizing the expenditure of funds in the amount of $1,000.00 from the Town of Copake Capital  Improvement Reserve Fund to pay the professional land surveying services costs in furtherance of the Copake Hamlet Streetscape and Parking Lots project.

Said Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum.
