PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York, at a regular meeting held on June 13, 2024, duly adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:

RESOLUTION NUMBER 24 OF JUNE 13, 2024, TO AUTHORIZE THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FROM THE TOWN OF COPAKE EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2024 FORD F-450 DUAL WHEEL 4X4 PICKUP TRUCK, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM.

The Town Board of the Town of Copake, duly convened in regular session, duly adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 6-c of the New York General Municipal Law authorizing the total expenditure of $28,948.56 from the Town of Copake Equipment Reserve Fund, towards the acquisition of a 2024 Ford F-450 Dual Wheel 4×4 Pickup Truck (the “Equipment”), such amount to be paid as and when due, upon audit and approval of an itemized voucher for such Equipment presented to the Town Board, accompanied by a statement of the Highway Superintendent approving payment therefor and stating that the subject Equipment has actually been delivered. Said Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum.
