PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York, at a regular meeting held on June 8, 2023, duly adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:

RESOLUTION NUMBER 21 OF JUNE 8, 2023,

TO AUTHORIZE THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FROM THE TOWN OF COPAKE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND FOR PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYING COSTS RELATING TO THE COPAKE HAMLET STREETSCAPE AND PARKING LOTS PROJECT, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM.

The Town Board of the Town of Copake, duly convened in regular session, duly adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 6-c of the New York General Municipal Law authorizing the total expenditure of $9,500.00 from the Town of Copake Capital Improvement Reserve Fund to pay the costs of professional land surveying services relating to the Copake Hamlet Streetscape and Parking Lots project, which will include improvements of the County Route 7A streetscape (lighting, landscaping, streetscape furnishings and equipment), development of parking lots, and construction of sidewalks.

Said Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum.
