NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York, at a regular meeting held on November 11, 2021, duly adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:

RESOLUTION NUMBER 29 OF NOVEMBER 11, 2021

TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF A TRACTOR AND MOWERS FINANCED USING FUNDS FROM THE TOWN OF COPAKE EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM.

The Town Board of the Town of Copake, duly convened in regular session, duly adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 6-c of the New York General Municipal Law authorizing the total expenditure of $138,507.00 from the Town of Copake Equipment Reserve Fund, to acquire the following equipment:

John Deere 6110M tractor: $94,531.55
Diamond Side Flail Mower and 3 Point Hitch Mower: $43,975.45

Said Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum.
