NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York, at a regular meeting held on December 9, 2021, duly adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:

RESOLUTION NUMBER 30 OF DECEMBER 9, 2021

TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF A REGENERATIVE AIR SWEEPER FINANCED USING FUNDS FROM THE TOWN OF COPAKE EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM. 

The Town Board of the Town of Copake, duly convened in regular session, duly adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 6-c of the New York General Municipal Law authorizing the total expenditure of $84,900.00 from the Town of Copake Equipment Reserve Fund, to acquire the following equipment:

2015 Tymco 600 BAH regenerative air sweeper: $84,900.00

Said Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum.
