NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will be accepting sealed bids that will be received by the Town Clerk, Town of Copake, Columbia County, NY until 11:00 AM on December 2, 2021 at the Town Hall, 230 Mountain View Road Copake, N.Y. 12516 for a 2015 or newer Regenerative Air Sweeper mounted on a truck chassis.

Copies of the Bid Specifications will be available in the office of the Town Clerk located at said Town Hall or on the Town’s website, www.copake.org . All completed bids are to be returned to the Town Clerk at the Town Hall at the above address and must be labeled “Bid: ” 2015 or newer Regenerative Air Sweeper” and must be accompanied with an executed non-collusive bidding certificate and disclosure of relationships to the Town.

The Bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail. Whether sent by mail or means of personal delivery, the Bidder assumes the responsibility for having the bids in at the time and the place specified above.

The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids, to reject any and all bids, and reserves the right to accept that bid which is deemed most favorable to the interests of the Town of Copake.
