PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will be accepting sealed bids for the crack repairs to the Town Basketball Court.

Furnish all materials, labor and insurance to complete the specified work at the Copake Memorial Park.

All bids must be in a sealed envelope bearing on the front there of the words “Sealed Bid” and the name and address of the bidder.

All bids must be received in the Office of the Town Clerk, 230 Mt. View Road, Copake, New York 12516 by August 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM where the bids will be publically opened and read aloud.

The Copake Town Board reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids.
